Project Manager
Description: Project Manager with experience preferably in the $1-5M range. Responsibilities: Responsible for the administrative and technical management of the project and for the supervision fo all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement and scheduling. Requirements: Undergraduate Degree in Construction Management or two to four years of construction experience. Additional Notes: Previous experience with curtainwall cladding is preferable.

Description: Lymo Constructiopn Co., Inc. has openings for individuals with previous AutoCAD experience. Responsibilities: Preparation of shop drawings, developing fabrication detail sheets and assisting in systems fabrication. Requirements: Experience in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.

| Title: Forman/Fieldworker
Description: Lymo Constructiopn Co., Inc. has openings for Superintendents with leadership, logistical and scheduling skill. Responsibilities: Responsible for the timely, cost-effective placement of the contracted work, and the supervision of all field construction work. Also implement and enforce all safety and quality control policies and proceedures. Requirements: 10+ years construction experience; extensive field construction knowledge and ability to manage critical path issues; computer skills; understanding of job cost reports and reporting. Additional Notes: Previous curtainwall experience is preferred.
