As an exterior envelope subcontractor, multiple aspects of engineering fundamentals must be considered on each project. These detailed considerations include, air infiltration, water infiltration, thermal and structural analysis, etc. We always work closely with the design team and engineers during the engineering review and submittal process. Through our process we develop highly detailed shop and erection drawings. Our highly trained field crews have experience in all types of enclosure systems and components including exterior metal panels, rainscreen cladding systems, insulation systems, air vapor barrier systems, metal roofing, sunshades, louvers, and ornamental metals. As an added value to LYMO’s experienced work force of 40 plus carpenters, we are signatory to New England Council of Carpenters. This provides us the advantage of access to a highly skilled workforce.
